Blackvoid Support

Get help with Blackvoid accounts, workspaces, canvas access, or the Blackvoid connection for ChatGPT.

1. Contact Support

Email support@blackvoid.ai from the email address associated with your Blackvoid account. Include a short description of the issue and the affected workspace or canvas name when relevant.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, private OAuth codes, or full confidential workspace content in a support request.

2. ChatGPT Connection Help

For connection issues, include whether the problem occurred while signing in, approving Blackvoid access, loading tools, or retrieving content. A screenshot of the user-safe error message can help, but remove sensitive project material first.

  • Confirm that you signed in with the Blackvoid account that belongs to the intended workspace.
  • Confirm that the requested workspace appears in Blackvoid before trying it in ChatGPT.
  • Disconnect and reconnect Blackvoid if an authorization request has expired or was already resolved.

3. Privacy And Security Requests

For privacy, security, access, or deletion questions, use the same support email and clearly label the request. We may need to verify account ownership before taking account-specific action.
