These Terms of Service apply to your use of Blackvoid, including blackvoid.ai, app.blackvoid.ai, and any related hosted applications, APIs, and workspace features we make available.

By accessing or using Blackvoid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must use Blackvoid lawfully and only in a way that you are authorized to do. If you create or access an account, you are responsible for the activity that occurs under it.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or organize in Blackvoid, including files, images, notes, prompts, canvases, and related workspace data.

You grant Blackvoid a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service for you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload, share, or process your content through Blackvoid.

Blackvoid may let you send prompts, workspace context, or uploaded materials through AI-powered features. Those features may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers.

Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them.

Do not use Blackvoid output as a substitute for professional advice or for safety-critical, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.

Blackvoid may let you connect third-party applications, including ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible clients, using an authorization flow. A connected application can act only within the scopes you approve and the Blackvoid permissions already assigned to your account.

You are responsible for reviewing the requested scopes and instructions before approving a connection. You may disconnect an application through the connected application or Blackvoid's available account controls.

You may not use Blackvoid to violate the law, abuse the service, or interfere with other users or our systems.

Blackvoid is an evolving product. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time, including AI capabilities, integrations, or limits.

We may also update or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, operational, or product reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access to Blackvoid if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is no longer operationally feasible.

You may stop using Blackvoid at any time.

Blackvoid is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackvoid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.

Your continued use of Blackvoid after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
